Your product is not included in our directory after paid submission
Your sponsorship or advertising has not yet taken effect
Your tool has not been published within the promised review time

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:

After your tool has been successfully published and is live on our platform
If you change your mind after the service has been delivered
