Exactly trains custom AI models to generate brand-consistent illustrations, photography, and graphic design assets. The platform builds tailored workflows from a team's existing examples and guidelines, then checks every output against those rules. 1. Select a task

   Choose one repeatable creative task the team performs frequently and wants to automate.
2. Share reference materials

   Send approximately 10 approved examples, templates, and brand guidelines to define the task.
3. Define quality rules

   Collaborate with the vendor to establish clear rules for content, style, layout, copy, tone, and legal requirements.
4. Test real tasks

   A designated brand owner runs actual tasks through the built workflow and evaluates the outputs.
5. Refine and launch

   Provide feedback for iterative improvements until approved, after which the workflow is added to the Exactly app for team access.

Exactly Pricing Information:

• Pilot

  £500 per month for a 3-month pilot; includes 1 custom AI workflow, 3 asset licenses per month, 150 credits per month, 1 creator seat, all AI models and tools, personal onboarding, standard support, and license/credit rollover. Requires upgrade to Team to continue after 3 months.
• Team

  £5,000 per month with an annual commitment; includes 2 custom AI workflows, 50 asset licenses per month, 2,500 credits per month, up to 10 creator seats, shared balance and workspace, API access, SSO, team onboarding, premium support, and license/credit rollover.
• Enterprise

  Custom annual pricing based on production value; includes bespoke AI workflows, custom volume of credits/licenses/seats, team member roles and permissions, Brand Guardian, custom feature development, custom integrations, MCP, dedicated onboarding, procurement support, and license/credit rollover.
